Morning all. Christina here. I was diagnosed 4 years ago, I have had 3 flare ups of pain that prevented me from moving very much but apart from that it has been really manageable with hardly any symptoms, but just lately I am so tired, especially when I wake up in the morning, it takes me hours to feel awake and sometimes, Like this morning I feel too tired and have to go back to bed, I am on my way back to bed now, do you think it is a good idea to keep sleeping or should I push thru it and say up?

Sometimes ,you have to give in Hun. As I do occasionally, but most often I push through it. Just listen to your body, and do what it tells you, if it says "rest" then have a little rest. My mornings are the worst too,and I have found that if I take it slowly ,I can function better after an hour or two. X

Same hear. Try to pace yourself. I might have to give up work. I have more time at home than work. I work with venerable adults as you can imagine you have to be on the ball, but it's difficult when your body don't work properly and you have fibro fog. Take care x

Hi christina842

Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I have to agree with the other respondents as it will not help your Fibro if you push yourself too hard. It is usually bets to go back to bed and wait until you feel able to carry on.

I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you
