I have just spent an hour trying to get my physio appointment

I have got one know for the 3rd August at 11.o,clock

They want me to go at 8.30 or 5.30 but there is no bus at them times because I have a bus pass to travel and you can not use it before 9.30 will have to wait and see how I go

How frustrating! I hope you can get a ride from a neighbor or friend for the 8:30 app't. or a bus ride to and from the 5:30 app't. Being dependent on bus schedules is a tough thing to live with; and having the schedule start at 9:30 doesn't seem reasonable at all. It's much too late for many reasons.

I'm glad you got an appt. I was the same it was either the first 8am alotof the last 5.30 slot but from that came as one acupuncture, hydro and a steroid injection and a few exercises that actually helped me a bit. Good luck.x
