Hi Everyone, this is my first post. I found an old post on here regarding Flupirtine, the post stated that it is not available on NHS but could be bought privately in the UK.
Can anybody tell me where I can buy it please?
Or any other views.

Sorry, never heard of it. Hopefully someone will be able to help you 😊
I actually come across it on this site, but the post was 4 yrs old.
Thank you for your reply though.
Hi there
Welcome to the forum 😊
I have done a very quick check for you and have found a reply to a post that was put up at the end of 2015, which I have copied the relevant part of for you. Please see it below.
I have taken this from a reply that one of our Admin (Ken - The Author) replied to someone:
" I do not know much about this drug at all but I have pasted you a link to the FMA UK cache on this.
*Flupirtine - A New Drug to Treat FM?
The drug flupirtine has been used in Europe for more than 25 years to treat pain associated with cancer, trauma, surgery and other forms of neuropathic pain, and is now being considered as a possible new treatment for fibromyalgia. What makes this drug so attractive is that it is a non-opiate analgesic meaning that it is non-addictive with no withdrawal effects, has been reported to have minimal side-effects, and works best for pain associated with noninflammatory conditions.

That's the best I can do I'm afraid. I have no idea whether it is available in the UK and have not seen anything else regarding this drug on the forum in recent times.
Wishing you all the very best.

Hi Boolainie
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I have pasted you a link below to the ''European Medicines Agency'' cache on Flupirtine which should give you so me more details about availability and updates on its research:

I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
Hi Ken, thank you very much, that was extremely helpful.
I think I'm so desperate I'm looking for anything that may help, I came across it and it sounded great, but having second thoughts now.
I have also come across Fibrolief, this too sounds too good to be true but they do offer a full money back guarantee so I might give that a go.
Have you heard any reviews on Fibrolief?
Thank you for your kindness, wishing you good health.
Hi Boolainie
I do have my doubts about Fibrolief, as its online marketing campaign makes me suspicious. it appears to have spread itself so even the online ''do not buy'' warnings are just their way of getting you onto their website! I never trust anything like that?
Take care my friend
Ken
Hi I think this could be the new drug that they are trialling for fibro, at the moment, in the UK.
Hello Boolainie,
Do have a look at this. I don't know how useful it will be but I came across it a couple of years ago and yet to follow up on it.
Thank you for the reminder.
All the very best. Do let us know how you get on.

Sorry, forgot the link. Hmmmm.
Hi Boolainie. I just came across this old post and wondered if you actually managed to source this drug? A German friend of mine gave me some of his supply and it was amazing! Unfortunately I haven't been able to source it myself....Thanks!
