No sleep

Another bad night lack of sleep with pain in my side and foot it's awful still in pain now on Monday I did something I have not done before I stayed in bed all day even not going out I always get up maybe not getting dressed but I'm up I go away in 3 weeks so I'm hoping to get out and about feeling unsure

I am so genuinely sorry to read this my friend, and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution to this issue. If this persists or gets any worse it may be worth discussing it with your doctor to ascertain if there is anything that they can do to help?
