I missed Coffee time today ....scones and jam prepared but the body just wasn't working with me to join for coffee.

Lol...I knew you thought I was in the UK.No. worries I live in Edmonton Alberta and it is beautiful.I'm been to the states many times as well. Shopping as you know.

Yes I prepared scones and jam for our coffee time with gins and my body didn't want to participate I wanted too but this girls body overrides me on certain days.I found this site on here and out of all it's the best .I love my fibro friends.very informative and quite a few laughs.its great to Have the support and never critized or slugged.💜😄
