I posted yesterday about a supermarket selling a kit, I have attached a photo of my first completed piece of work to show what's in the kit, it's well worth it and gives hours of enjoyment. I found it took my mind off my aches and pains for a little while too x

Lovely.  Hubby is calling in there on his way to work today.  Let's hope he can get some for me.  Thanks for the heads up. xx

I bought a set from lidl yesterday for only£5.99, I already have two other coloring books which I love sitting and colouring in, I find it very relaxing. 😊

Beautiful, I use to love colouring, would do it for hours, sadly I know what it will do to my arms and hands now. But great it took some relief from your pain

After becoming hooked on colouring I found Promarker Pens and became hooked on them, wonderful colours and a step up from usual colouring pencils.  They are around £2.50 each on Ebay or Art shops but found Cowling & Wilcox often have sales of these pens for £1 each, a real bargain.  I just love them and treat myself to new colours as and when.  Definitely a Mindfulness hobby taking one away from aches and pains.

That artwork is beautiful. Sadly, it has been something I have never mastered is art. You , obviously, have a great talent and I love the colours. I look forward to seeing more.

Thank you, it is only colouring in and took my mind off my pain for a wee while, I'm not artistic but would have loved to be and now at 50 it's not to be x
