It's a rainy Monday so settled to do my art . I listened to the Sunday hour on I player from 10/5 about Taize which is quiet and medative.

Whiled away a lovely hour.

Wonderful it is so intricate that could imagine that it would help take your mind off the pain. Someone was kind enough to give me a book token for Christmas and I bought myself a book and crayons but unfortunately due to circumstances haven't had the chance to have a go but looking forward to the time I can.x

Hi there Determieddebbie,

That is absolutely stunning and I too am into Mandalas big time. they got me through a very very rough patch back in the winter and because you have to concentrate on what you are doing, your mind can't wander. I hadn't thought of listening to Taize chants whilst doing it, but it sounds a fabulous idea which I will try.
