An interesting read

I hope the link below works. It's an interesting American article I was sent about how reflexology is thought to help with fibro. I haven't personally treated anyone with the condition but did find I felt better while I was training and having regular treatments. I hope this is OK with admin as I'm not touting for business.

This is so true... I greatly benefit from regular reflexology session s..... I feel so relaxed afterwards, would definitely recommend it.

I've used reflexology but not specifically aimed at fibro. I'd be extremely surprised if it didn't help.
