My concentration has improved a little since I started doing colouring books, the small detail in some of these books helps me to focus. If this is a new problem do see your GP just to check out other causes. xx

I agree. These books really help you to take your mind of the pain. Now if only I could find the time lol

I went through quite a phase of fog, and I think the thing that helped me most was resting... morning or afternoon naps, going to be early, just a lot of rest. I still have problems if I get too tired or if I let myself get flustered or stressed, but most of the time I'm OK if I'm calm. This was no quick fix, but I think resting lets our bodies heal themselves in a way meds or supplements cannot. I do take all the supplements recommended for FMS: Magnesium, Vit C and D, etc., but I don't know if any of them contributed.

Hi Khae :)

I don't know of anything that you can particularly take to improve memory and concentration maybe your doctor could help you with that, or, someone else here may know of something.

I am a big fan of brain-gaming :D

I play games on the laptop which involve memory recall and hand-eye co-ordination, which help me, but it's not for everyone.

When I was in my twenties I used to love playing darts and at one time wasn't too bad at it either... I wouldn'k risk it now not with my dodgy balance and co-ordination! LOL :D

...but it's a great game for mental agility if you can throw the dart :)

Nowadays I like to play Mahjong and Match 3, but also play adventure and hidden object games, and time-management too. I never used to play computer games that much until I ended up stuck in the house bored to tears! Now I'm a gaming addict but just my own games that I buy. I don't play on-line games.

Hope this gives you pause for thought :)

Wishing you wellness and hope the fog lifts soon :)

Fluffie hugs and smiles

Sian xx :)

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering with Fibro fog and I sincerely hope that you can find something that helps you. I am not aware of anything on the market that can help but i try to keep my mind active and hopefully stave it off a little.

All my hopes and dreams for you

I do word puzzles when my brain is lucid enough, and I also have creative hobbies like cross stitch and sewing. It nice to switch off and escape for a bit.
