I think for a new claim you will find it is PIP you will need to apply for. Remember to explain fully how your illness affects you and what help you need doing things. Get help from someone like the CAB if you can. There is also information on our mother site which may be if help.
Often with specific questions there will be someone on the site who can give you an answer. Good luck.x
Having Fibromyalgia does not mean that you will get PIP but you can get it. It all depends on how badly Fibro affects you.
It is a long complicated process.
If you look on the right hand side of the screen you will find a post on helpful benefit links.
Have a look at it and then if you have any more questions about either benefits o Fibro please come back to us and we will do our best.

Oh i forgot to say that i get PIP mobility.
Hi Drifty
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? As your other respondents have said, it will be PIP now that you would put in a claim for but there are no guarantees that you would be eligible. It would depend on you having an assessment.
I have pasted you a link to the GOV.UK cache on how to claim PIP:
It may help you claim if you could get some professional help like the CAB to help fill in your forms or you can contact the FMA UK benefits helpline, I have pasted you a link below:

I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you
