A good memory foam mattress is wonderful.
I have sent you a PM on this Nannytrish, so I hope will have been able to read it 👍🏻😊😊😊😊
Love my memory foam!!
Hi, if you cannt afford a memory foam mattress a topper is a very good alternative, we have a topper and it's very good we had it from Aldi it was either £30 or £40 I bought a kingsize one, and it is very good. Best wishes
I agree with everyone else a memory foam mattress is best for support xx
My Temporpedic 8 inch memory foam is the love of my life!! Mine is a medium-firm and now no other mattress measures up. If that's not an option (they tend to be pricey) a 3 inch (ten cm) topper can really help. Try changing your pillow too. I bought the Temporpedic pillow before the bed. After the first the second was inevitable. Hope this helps,

I too am a memory foam addict and have a wonderful Tempur Cloud pillow which is incredible. I have a yearning for one particular memory foam mattress but am making do at the moment with a cheapish memory foam mattress and a four inch memory foam topper on top of it.........still yearning though 😉😃😘
Hi, during a fibro flare I had to change my mattress from a memory foam to old fashioned cotton n wool ordinary mattress.
I have an electric memory foam bed. it was expensive but very comfortable. however I still don't sleep very well. x
