I ve a really bad flare over the last fews.. So much so I can't work.. I'm on the sick..and while I had bad ones before..they never affected my legs quite so badly..they feel so weak and like there's really bad cramp in my thighs..and I'm only sitting.. When I walk they feel really like jelly and my back hurts.. I'm trying to balance between resting and exercise... Was just wondering if anyone else struggles with this and if so how do they deal with this..x I worried I won't be able to cope if I go back to work on Monday.. But I'm worried if I don't go bk..Won't ever be able to.. Don't mean to sound dramatic.. This is just how I'm feeling

Hi claralove,
I'm so sorry you are having such a really tough time at the moment and I can see that you want to get yourself back to a position where you can return possibly to work.
Getting the balance between exercise and rest and not harming your body in trying to achieve this is a hard one. I am wondering if you have been referred to a pain management team, if not, you could ask your GP for a referral. There you will be given information on what will suit you personally and also physiotherapists can assess you to see what will work for you with whatever your restrictions of movement are.
I hope this may be of help to you, and I hope others will come and join me in giving you help and support on this.
Sending lots of positive healing vibes your way 😊😊
Foggy x
I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling in this way, and it is not something that I have experienced. I do undertake a daily gentle physio routine which helps me a great deal. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
