The one I went on was quite good because they explained all about the biology behind pain and what's going on inside your body and how pain causes other symptoms / issues etc and some coping strategies
I found it very useful, there's a lot to be learned if you approach it with an open mind. Although you already know about pacing, I found it does no harm to go over it again, as initially most of us don't realise just how important it is. It took me two years to finally accept the need, as my idea of pacing was to do all you can one day and spend the next 4 days exhausted on the settee.
Good luck with it, hope it helps you

Ever tried to run two marathons in two days? No,? then its called pacing yourself to your limits- that's what they teached me- slowy slowy catchy monkey- if it can't be done to day, do it tomorrow..
I have not been on one but I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck with your course.
All my hopes and dreams for you
