I have had it for 3 years now and it is a hidden illness, I also suffer anxiety. Today I have the flu so my fog is even worse. Sometimes it feels like my head is going to explode lol so many times I have gone doctors and they just look at me like I'm mad as I am only 39 years old.
Feeling irritated today and down.
Will get back up and if you can't do it on your own we are here to lift you up and support you as long as you need!! Don't feel bad. I have had this since birth! Doctors don't know it all even if some think they do! Until someone has fibro they really don't know what it's like. When your body turns against you sometimes you have to step back and find the joy all around you. Not saying it's easy in fact it's hard to do. If you can find just one thing that makes you smile hold onto until you have found another. My mom you to say happy memories are like pennies. If you find enough or make enough you will be rich someday if you hang on to them. I try very hard to do just that! I say my pennies for a rainy day. The days were the tears won't go away. I take a penny out and smile just a little. Hugs
