Don't know about the rest of you but the last few days especially, my hips have been so painful and very 'clicky'.
Do you guys click lots or is it just me?
It seems to be every time i move at the moment! Sometimes it helps with my pain if my joints click but only for a few seconds/minutes then the pain is back.

I click all the time some times my hips lock up x
Yeah i get the same with my wrists, elbows and knees and my hands are in constant pain. but my hips are always the worst! x
Hands are my worst but my hips and back can also join in the symphony. X

I have all my joints knees, hips, ankels, feet , toes , shoulders ,elbows ,wrists to name but a few. This happens all year round regardless of weather although I do ache more when it's cold and wet. I think the reason I have such a bad time with the clicking and pain that comes with it is because I have hyper mobility syndrome or in normal language double jointed which I have had since I was a child. I hope this helps with your questions.
