Totally fed up with this now! Very stressed today, WORK, maybe that's why? But other times, there's no reason. Taking a week off work, I've had enough! Phew!!! 😨

i have recently seen posts on an m.e site that says sleep paralysis is common among a sub set of m.e sufferers. i don't know if it is an overlapping symptom of fibro .but i hope your symptoms improve best wishes. hopefully some other members will have more helpful info.
