Hallo I am not sure you have come to the right forum but have you tried the charity that deals with encephalitis. The link I have found for you is encephalitis.info. hope this helps. Come back if it doesn't and someone else might have some good ideas.x

Thank you for your replies, means so much, I have had this for a year and have only in past 3 months gotten some help, I just feel there is nobody who has what i have in the same circumstances, I have what I have from being preg, I genuinely believe I now have ME from the trauma of encephalopathy, I'm struggling to get through the whole claiming PIP and other benefits I just cant cope. But I will say that finding this place has given me a light at the end of a tunnel, so again thank you
