I wished I definately as mine run all the time but doc seems to dismiss it. I had al always put it down to being inherited as Mom's always did after a certain age but I have read it can be a fibro symptom as well. I somwtim s feel I need a windscreen wiper between my eyes and my nose. I reckon I keep the tissue manufacturing industry in business. X
That's just like me! It makes them sore with wiping when I am outdoors! If it is a special occasion it really is a nuisance as it spoils all my make up! Oh dear, the joys! Thanks for replying x
I am so genuinely sorry to read that you suffer with this issue, as I have very dry eyes and they sting something awful sometimes. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi there
My eyes water immensely when I'm outdoors and am cold, which is pretty much all the time 😳. If it is windy then my eyes stream.
A GP years ago told me that tear ducts can't get blocked!
Most of my sisters get it too.
Lu xx
Thanks all. Blue mermaid they do get blocked as I have had a tiny probe put down both of mine and when they reached the blockage was when it was diagnosed under an ophthalmic consultant at the hospital. I sympathise with you as it is proper nuisance. Sometimes people outside look at me sympathetically as they assume that I gave been crying. Best wishes
Yes To dry eyes, blocked everything, your ears will also suffer at some point- don't be surprised because it works today and not tomorrow.! But for dry eyes I use Tesco stuff, cheap and works well.. Its better than what doctors gave..
Thank you ai will try anything !
Hi crackers I was diagnosed last Christmas after probably around 2 years of various symptoms . For over a year now I have had a problem left eye , dry ,red irritating bit like hayfever and actually looks different to the other . it was being blamed on even by the eye hospital after getting terrible migraines too . I have been prescribed daily eyedrops which help a little . But cannot help worrying about it a lot some days it's like a pressure build up . I go for eye tests to excuse the pun keep an eye on it . Spoken to 3 different doctors who say it's not a problem nothing wrong despite being prescribed medication . But if it's any help I spoke to a rumatologist about this and he said there is no proof but the eye is a muscle so could possibly be effected in the same way as other parts of the body are with fybromyalgia. I'm constantly researching and will not just except a maybe . I have a couple of friends who have Rumatoid atheritis and they also have the same problem whereas their doctors say that this can be a problem . Hope your have a good weekend x
