tightness

along with the pain and tingling etc.anyone get feeling of tightness on their body,i keep feeling this way around my upper body,keep thinking my tops are too tight but they aren't.even my socks and trainers when wearing them feels the same

Can't say tightness my hands and feet swell. I feel bloated sometimes but that is due to IBS

I get a tightness in my chest but it is more to do with my COPD and Asthma than anything else. I am so genuinely sorry to read that you suffer in this way and it may be worth discussing this with your GP? I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.

Yeah I get this sometimes I feel as though my bra is to tight then I remember not wearing one x x sometimes it feels like a band going around my ribs and shoulders x x your not alone

I get the same thing, Zita ... thinking I simply MUST go take off my bra, then realize I took it off earlier, or worse, I never even put one on, because I wasn't going out that day!

And my worst spinal disc pain is always at the disc right under my bra line/ hooks ... I suppose that's just a coincidence, though.

(I often wear extra large tees at home ... with soft, knit shorts or pants ~ as loose and comfy as possible. But this doesn't stop the tight bra feeling ... )

If I've understood correctly, the feeling you have is sensitivity to any pressure. Personally I only get dressed if I have to then undressed as soon as I can. I don't have belts on my dressing gowns, avoid seams, creases and choose fabrics carefully.

Oh yes ... Clothes make me feel like I am in a sausage skin. I only wear very loose clothes at home .none if possible ....

I get these feelings of tightness which are really strange as nothing is to tight , but mine has been diagnosed as numbness caused by nerves being trapped just to describe what I mean if I stand to long my feet feel 3 times the size or when I lie down it feels like I`m lying on a cushion but nothing there this doesn't happen all the time and it does make everything feel tight even though I know it`s not, I`m not saying this could be whats happening to you but thought I would share this with you just in case xx

i have been having tightness around upper chest too. doesn't start until mid-day. do you have it all day/night? i have hated wearing clothes ever since got fibro. i wear the most comfortable clothes i can find when need to go out and when get home off they come. recently i'm so swollen that nothing fits so have started wearing the shorts i sleep in when home. not great looking but comfortable. any suggestions how to deal with this since this tightness is a new issue for me.

I've had tightness for a long time and no reason given .diagnosed with hiatus hernia and other conditions so put it down to thatand acid reflux. Not bloated but distension.haven't worn bra. Close fitting clothing for years.
