Hot Lemon Juice & Yoga.

Happy Sunday fellow fibro's, I have been having a drink of pure hot lemon juice every morning the past week ( sugar added too), this helps to flush out your system, also been doing Yoga every morning, was very difficult at first as I was suffering really badly with muscles and bone pain. I started with a few stretches and am gradually adding more movements each day. I am starting to feel a lot better, my low mood is lifting and I feel much more positive about life. I hope this little tip helps you.

Marvellous that you are doing the Yoga I really believe in the gentle stretching it does but pure lemon juice (even though I love the taste of lemons) is a bit extreme for me I think there would have to be hot water and honey added to it. Keep up the good work and I hope you slowly keep on improving.x
