I feel like this every morning, even if I've slept for a good 5-6 hours, it's so frustrating isn't it!

It's very personal and this is only my experience.

Until recently I was taking 30mg codeine 100 paracetamol (Tylex) 4x a day. Baclofen 2mg 1x a day. I always had extra codeine, as well as the other two for more difficult/demanding days. Clonazepam 2 mg 2x a day RLS. Mebeverine 3x a day for IBS. Adipine 30 mg 1x a day for Raynaud's,

Now Gabapentin 900 mg 3x a day with Quinine 30mg for RLS is replacing Tylex & Clonazepam.

Yes, usually by a steam roller that then reversed back over me just to make sure! I find a warm shower helps me ease away some of my morning aches.

Absolutely felt like id been run over by truck every night. Bit better in summer,as long as it doesnt rain too much ! Shop online now and have it delivered only costs Β£2 for delivery, saves energy and less painful in long run gabapentin, ibuprofen, tramadol, vit d ( very good for leg spasms, painful muscles etc) fluoexetine and omeprazole have worked for me.

Sorry for rude interlude! I was prescribed gabapentin but made me like a zombie - I have small children - and I wasn't safe to look after them. Do those of you on it think it worth my while battling with it again until I get over side effects? (My oh a teacher so could go zombie over summer hols) o only take 20mg amitryptiline at moment which helps with sleep but my fatigue can be all encompassing some days and I really feel I could do with s.thing else
