Hi Crystal,
Welcome to the forum, I am in my early 50's and feel like 90 some days
This is a fantastic support group with a lot of information but more to the point a lot of people who beat the blues and the pain by having fun
I have only been diagnosed about 2 years but had Fibro a bit longer, I am still trying to figure it out What I have found is that what suits one may not suit another.
I hope you find a way that suits you. Hope yo see you around the board
I genuinely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and I sincerely hope that you find it useful, informative and loads of fun! I am 52 but going on 900? Just like Master Jedi Yoda.
I am 41 and feel like I am 80! Lol. I was only diagnosed at the end of last year but I have been having problems, more so with my back, for a long time. My back started causing me problems after a car accident I had. I had my daughter last year and suffered with a lot of pain through my pregnancy. It was worth every second though as she is an absolute blessing. I noticed the pain getting so much worse last year.
