New to Fibro

I am being treated for Fibro at present as it is going to take time to see a rheumatologist and get a diagnosis and I need to be out of pain and able to do things. I struggle to do anything that requires using any strength as my muscles go daft and are so sore. So just looking around to see what support is out there. 😃

Pain management is a good place to go. I hope your local hospital has a good facility for chronic pain

They have a pain clinic and I am sure I will be sent there in time.

Thank you, I have a lot to learn. At the moment getting back to driving and work are goals. However every day has smaller goals of their own.

Hi Minnie56

Welcome to the forum. Getting your pain medication right for you is so important. It can take some time and a lot of trial and error. I am not at a pain clinic myself yet but my GP has been helpful. Hope you feel more comfortable soon.
