Hi Cruz, and welcome, I have replied to you in your other post, but just wanted to say you have joined what I consider to be the very best supportive and informative forum there is for fibromyalgic's . We are a friendly bunch and try to have a fair bit of fun along with advise and support. Laughter can release feel good endorphins, so if you see some silliness going on do feel free to come and join us, the more the merrier 😀😀
