HI smartcarkaz

Well done for trying, at least you had a go!

All my hopes and dreams for you

Cutting out whole food groups without medical cause (ie, allergy) isn't healthy. People who eat gluten free without reason are prone to losing hair, lacking energy, dental problems, skin problems and more. On top of fibro that's a whole lot to take on willingly! Eating a whole and varied diet is the best thing you can do. And also, KFC is utterly delicious! Hope you enjoyed it and can continue to enjoy it guilt free! xx

Thankyou for sharing your Gluten Free trial with us Kaz it has been interesting reading your blog and how it did or did not affect your fibro :)

Your smoothie sounds good :) My hubby is allergic to bananas so I can't have them in the house. I always used to eat them regularly too.......... so I miss them :o

One of my favourite desserts is a banana split which is healthy (apart from the choccy and ice-cream perhaps!) because there are lots of healthier cream type products and I use fresh fruit on it too like fruit cocktail :)

Oh! the best part of making it is crumbling a flake over the top of it :D

zeb now wants one ;)
