ok ,on day 2 of no gluten and my symptoms that I think may have been down to gluten, have got worse ! Is it possible to have gluten withdrawl ? I'm hoping this is the reason ? maybe it gets worse before it gets better ! Those of you who are gluten sensitive and have given up gluten , I would like to know if any of you felt similar ? x

Hello Larissa,

No Gluten withdrawal for me just made me feel a little better, however could you be having less carbohydrates because of this gluten free trial. People experience withdrawal from carbs with headaches etc...please google.

Hope it helps :)

HI Mdaisy,

Yes I will x

I gave up gluten and quickly noticed how much better I felt, so try to keep on with it. We are all different and what works for one doesn't mean it works for everyone. Good luck

Hi there, I gave up Gluten, sugar, yeast, wheat and had awful withdrawal symptoms because it is similar to detoxing. Keep going because it does help the Fibromyalgia.

Best Wishes

Gill
