Hi everyone, I am still having this flare up but not as bad this wk the fatigue is still quite bad tho the pain is a tiny bit better, the only thing I'm really struggling with is my legs, walking well they feel so heavy but weak at the same time, going upstairs I have to do slowly is this happening because of the flare up or are these symptoms another part of our not so friendly fibro.
Hugs to you all.

I am so sorry to read that you are still struggling and suffering in this way, and I genuinely hope that you start to feel more like your usual self again soon. I have always been told that Fibro is not progressive, therefore after a flare you ''should'' return to how you were previously before the flare. Therefore I would discuss this with your GP or Medical Specialist just to rule out that something else is not happening for you?
I initially thought that I had a walking issue due to Fibro when I was first diagnosed, however, after an MRI it turns out that I have a compressed sciatic nerve that was giving me so much pain and impeding my walking.
I want to wish you all the best of luck with this.
