Community Agents

In Essex we have a service called Community Agents a partnership between British Red Cross Age UK, RCCE and neighbourhood watch. They are like a one stop shop of advice and information and also able to help with practical solutions like grab rails etc. communityagentsessex.org.uk not sure what other counties are doing.

I have met people from this group altogetherbetter.org.uk/hom... not quite the same one stop shop more of a response that local authority cutbacks have created,
