Hi guys
Here's a little snippet of my day, try not to laugh at me too much...

I'd love to know if you've any experience of Pilates or Yoga, and if you manage to, how you still practice.
Hugs and kitty purrs.

I've been considering Thai Chi, can't do anything that involves getting to the floor. I would benefit from guided exercise. xx
Still do some Pilates substituting a chair for the floor stuff it has been quite useful in keeping some work on posture which goes badly wrong as I tire. Taken at my own pace (I dont think I would ever be able to take part in a group session) listening to my body on what helps and what doesn't an adapted form of Pilates keeps me active through winter hopefully in a mobile state for springtime when a little outdoors activity can return to my list of things that improve quality of life.
Thank you so much for sharing, that was really interesting.
All my hopes and dreams for you

Another forum member advised she does 10 mins of Pilates every day and noticed a real difference after a couple of weeks with fatigue and stiffness, looks like I might be having another Pilates Bussell session again later!
