Hi teddybear7

We should treat ourselves well but so often put ourselves last on the list for everything. I've never liked all that learn to love yourself stuff but last year I had some counciling in work through occupational health. Learning to be kind to yourself, as you would to others is so good for us with fibro and a great thing to learn to do if you can. I'm still trying and sometimes getting it right. :-). Take care . X
