It is like when you buy a bag of peanuts, "Warning this package may contain nuts" Why on earth would I buy it if it didn't?

I accidently tumble dried my cat once. Lucky for him he pooed himself with fear and i only found him in time because i was searching for the smell. :O

in reply to

He didn't some out soft and fluffy then :P :D

in reply to

No poor Rimmer came out covered in poo and had to have a bath in the wash basin.

That put him in a bad mood both my son and dad kept coppin out for no reason whatsoever.

I was glad that i was his favourite. :P :D

in reply to

Thanks for that giggle, poor Rimmer! I hope your son and Dad didn't get too many scratches :)

I had a cat who would viciously attack the man we got him off. Would be fine with any one else. I think he blamed him for his name choice. We called him Sukie as the man we got him from told me he was a female, my Mum didn't allow me to have a tomcat so maybe the man was being sneaky :D

No he came out covered in poo and poor Rimmer then had to have a bath. He was not amused and did what he always did when he had on him. Attacked my son, over then next few days he was attacked many times and started peeping around corners in case Rims was lying in ambush. :P

My iron instruction booklet warned not to iron clothes whilst wearing them xx

in reply to Lou1062

I'm sorry as a responsible adult I don't need that sort of advice, I can quite capably iron a skirt while I wear it......need must sometimes :D :D

I'm chuckling away here at the thought of it xxx

in reply to Lou1062

I seriously have had to iron a skirt whilst wearing it, twist and turn flatten out and your done.

Better one to give you a chuckle! Years ago a lot younger and slimmer I was wearing a very fashionable pencil skirt to work. I wondered why the men kept walking passed my office window (floor to ceiling) staring instead me smiling widely. My boss got curious too and went to have a look. Came in and told me my zip was down :( It had broken and was a long side zip so my skimpy underwear was on show!! I had to sew myself into the skirt. Hubby has fun getting me out if it when I got home :D

Hi, wife found one I our Hoover manual, that said, "not to be used on dogs ", presume it's ok on cats then ! Pity, we only have dogs !

That is hysterical! Who comes up with these ideas? When we moved to the bungalow we bought a new suite with a chaise lounge, and on the card with it said ''Not for human consumption!'' We laughed for hours :)

in reply to TheAuthor

Is this health and safety gone mad?i shall have to read all my instruction manuals!!

After discussing all of this with the cat, he looked at me like I'm mad, and no he doesn't want to go in the washing machine thank you very much. we did have one cat who liked to sleep in the tumble drier, she loved her mummy so much as soon as she saw or heard me she would come to me, so she never got tumbled. Dogs love being hoovered well mine did, they had to be done 1st :)

Well maybe it was written with fibromites in mind, you know how we look for the milk in the cooker, leave our glasses in the fridge it might not be a step to far to put the dog in the washing machine and the washing in the dog bed :P :D :D

Sorry, pressed submit before I was finished, but just what did they think I was going to do with the Gum? Health and safety gone mad!! Thats funny though, good job we can laugh!! Lyzzie x

I thought chewing gum was just to spit out on the pavement -thats where it all ends up.can be fined for dropping a cigarette but but not for chewing gum?Not implying you do that Lyzzie!
