... I think you're all totally awesome. I only found you guys a couple days ago, and then got my (formal) diagnosis and I have had SOOOO much practical help and support already. My mind is totally blown and for once it's not just the *fog* either!

I'm new too Spirit.. diagnosis 6 mths ago. Although I'm had it for yrs. Fobbed off by Docs that it was Arthritis, which I do have, but I knew it was more than that. Yes it is so nice to hear of how others cope etc. isn't it.

Above all do try to be positive, and think tomorrow will be a better day, I do!
