pic on right is only one of me I could find (pre 2004)andis one i showed to my gp a she asked for one and one on left is now. going to present the acromelagy symptoms list to the gp im seeing tomorrow.uptil now would have said it s lupus

Oh yes although you are looking alot younger there the size of your nose had definitely altered. Although I suppose as you get older features change there is what I as a non professional in these matters would say is a difference out of the ordinary. I hope not to alarm you but when you said the size of your nose had altered iti reminded the endo asking me that question. Let me knowhow you go on, good luck x

definately bigger! interesting cause my nose has grown too! i say to everyone on skype look at my nose it was never this big and we laugh! but I read that a "sick liver" which I have i toxic liver so thought i was that. Let us know how you go. x

how do you cope with it.i am so conscious of it every time I go out which is not unless I have to apart from taking the dog s out.try to hide it behind my hair.my gps answer to the disoclouration around my eyes was "wear make up"!! never worn make up even if I did I wouldn't be able to apply it .

yes I know but mine looks like the classic butterfly shape of lupus?(tho not seen in this pic)

Hi

There is definately a difference in the nose I can see the redness but it is a bit difficult with the shading and angle to see the exact shape of the rash. I know people who have had lupus and it hasn't been diagnosed until they have been having examinations for other things e.g. a friend's daughter must have had it for some time and hadn't felt well and put it down to a busy lifestyle with 4 children but it was only when she was pregnant with her fifth that she found out that all the strange symptoms were in fact due to Lupus. Good luck at the GP's, let us know how you get on.x

iv e just looked at the "old" pic again and noticed the rash on my face and scars on my arm.

so tired tonight cant stay awake to watch x factor.had to chuck Annie off the sofa so I could lie down-only time pelvic pain doesn't hurt which is why I think its something pressing on bladder maybe?hands so sore and stinging cannot do anyhting
