Hi Ros

I am so sorry to read this, and I hope that you can manage some real quality sleep my friend

Ken x

Hope you got back to sleep in the end. I hate not sleeping and sometimes find that harder to deal with than the aches :)

Yeah eventually I did at 6:35 so I had a couple of hours still feeling like a zombie lol but that's to be expected hehehehe

I hated that, you would finally be tired or got pain sorted out enough to sleep when it was nearly time to get up for work :) thankfully since I changed to amitriptylene at night I sleep a lot better. Sorry, I am not gloating :) I really wish everyone could get a half decent nights sleep :)

That must be hard, having kids at home :) I find it tiring when my little granddaughter is visiting. Although I love it when she visits xx

My sheep was to busy jumping around so I couldnt count them :-D

Mine stand and stare at the fence then they all jump over at the same time.Last seen disapearing into the great blue yonder.

Meg would just race around barking and scaring the poor things

HI everyone...what has happened to us all last night!!!

I'm just trying to have a coffee due to lack of sleep last night and this was the worst to date.

I lay on my sofa last night at 9:00 pm tossed &turned all night with terrible leg pains now the muscles in my neck are killing me and the headache is still there since two days ago I can't see my GP until Wednesday since he canceled my appt last week now I'm at my wits end trying to figure out what to take for pain.I even called a pain clinic and they said they don't deal with fibro patients..also having a terrible cough that won't seem to stop and lim so stiff and tight I don't know what to do Remember I haven't slept yet at all tried everything ..I think my throat is so dry for not sleeping and my chest feels like I've developed a cold ..any suggestion.

Thanks guys

pain clinics do deal with fibro patients , get your doctor to send you to one they were lying no idea why you sound like you have a cold lemon and honey in hot water often releives a tickly cough and sore throat but get something from the chemist

None specific pain and its nerological with fibro, your brain telling your body your hurting, and it seems to also affect the sleep centers i did see an article years ago that said athletes dont get fibro and still wonder if its because they do get it and give up being athletes :)

walking and moving around will help, you go through the pain barrier but you feel better sleep better, and dont pile on the weight so much, if you are active even in the smallest way

dragging my dog for a short walk every day delights the dog and its more me who is being dragged :) but it keeps me from totaly going under with pain and stiffness its hard to do, take a stick take a friend a partner to lean on the first weeks. if you can even one of those disabled baskets on wheels that you can sit or lean on anything to support you while you get back to some small level of fitness and every day you will be able to do a tiny bit more

These days i push myself because if i dont get moving i seize up and if have a couple of days ill in bed its like going through that barrier plus ten. you can do it and the sense of acheivment is wonderfull :)
