Hi well done! great news. if you have been sending in medical certs to the DWP continue to send them in, until your money is sorted out, the DWP have 28 days to appeal, I have never heard of them doing this so don't worry. I would give them a call in a few weeks if you have not heard anything because they seem to sit on it for ages if you don't nag them, unless they have their act together by now, one can only hope! enjoy your back pay, treat your self to something nice.

Good on you , they'll probably put you in a working group , just shows you how bad ATOS as been , but I believe Ian Duncan Smith set them the targets , and they have taken the flak for him .

Just depends which group the have put you in I did the same thing but they gave me the points I needed then put me in wrag group so after they paid my back pay. They. Said I could only get ESA for a year so now I get nothing because. I have a husband he has to keep me as I am 62 and due to get my pension 'in July.

Well done, I've just had my medical and am waiting for results what a sickening process I believe unless you owe them any money loan ect you get back dated a few people just see it in their bank.
