I'm not letting this get to me anymore!

So last week I woke up and thought I'm not going to let FM beat me with getting on with my life. I'm 27 have two young children so I'm going to change things. I joined slimming world last Tuesday as since I have had FM I don't walk anyway or do anything so have put on weight. I have also been signed up to do a 13.1 mile walk and as everyone thinks I can't do it (which to be fair with this is might kill me) I am determined to do it even more. So now I'm eating better and walking 2.5 miles everyday and yes I'm tired after but I'm starting to feel so much better x

Good luck on your walking 2.5 miles I imagine that it must be a nightmare doing that with two young children so I congratulate you on what you have done, Eating properly is one of the major things we can do to help this illness, trouble is with both of us not well we do have days where all we have is cereals or a sandwich because we are to tired to eat or prepare a meal.

So pleased you have done so much, it takes an awful lot of strength of mind to do what you have done.
