So last week I woke up and thought I'm not going to let FM beat me with getting on with my life. I'm 27 have two young children so I'm going to change things. I joined slimming world last Tuesday as since I have had FM I don't walk anyway or do anything so have put on weight. I have also been signed up to do a 13.1 mile walk and as everyone thinks I can't do it (which to be fair with this is might kill me) I am determined to do it even more. So now I'm eating better and walking 2.5 miles everyday and yes I'm tired after but I'm starting to feel so much better x
