I often think the phases of the moon effect my energy levels.

Certainly climbing up to the full moon generally infuses me with a smidgen more.

I find the need to howl just before dawn though.

I think I might be howling all night now and not just at the moon, I am in agony!!! don't know what to do with myself. Did peek outside to see if the moon is visible, to cloudy, do you think it works just as well through the clouds?
