Thanks guys, struggling with the pain, managing the odd nights sleep. Trying to keep myself occupied to take my mind off things, so on the whole climbing the walls!!!! I miss work so badly, its was my John's 14th anniversary since his passing this week and it would have been his birthday as well, so this is never the brightest time in my life as I miss him so much, he had a great sense of humour! On the positive side he did not suffer, just had a massive heart attack no warning, good way to go. I feel his presence around especially when all the family arrive, we have doubled in size since he passed, he would be proud!!! Lots of gently hugs and healing light to you all.

I sincerely hope that you are feeling at least a bit better today? I just wanted to offer you some warm thoughts and support at this sad time. Anniversaries of this kind are painful to all of us, but I am sure that you have some wonderful and loving memories.
