Welcome to the forum you have come to the right place for information and advice. Hope you'll have a mooch round our Mother site too fibroaction.org where there is a wealth of information regarding firomyalgia as well as all of us here, we're quite a friendly bunch that like to care and share.

If you need answers about, doctors or even medicines, alternative medicines there are sections on the fibroaction site if you hit the link above. You'll also find sections about benefits, up to date research and some info regarding all the categories that are there on the right of the screen which is where you can browse through peoples posts.

The creative corner and comedy corner are quite popular and occasionally we may have a bit of fibro virtual fun

We do have our serious sides too and are here to help and support if we can.

You have come to the right place for information, friendly advise and fun if you feel up to it, we all like to blow off steam whether its with a moan or a giggle so please don't be afraid to join in

Welcome Michelle56 to our lovely group yes we all suffer from Fibro but we share our problems and make them easier when we can. This site is brilliant it is supported by firstly our mother group which is fibroaction.org and secondly Healthunlocked both give masses of info regarding Fibro.

The site is run volunteers and it is a friendly place to ask questions of fellow sufferers and pass the time of day. most of us believe in a little humor helps the pain go away for a bit so we may seem foolish sometimes but dont worry it is all in the best possible taste!

Have you been suffering pains for a long time and wondering what was wrong with you? This happens a lot and usually knowing you are not alone helps no end. Do ask questions there is always someone about who can help.

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I want to genuinely welcome you to the site and I sincerely hope that you find it as useful as I do? I am so sorry to read that you have this horrid illness, and I hope that you can find some resolution and relief to your pain problems.

I see that zeb73 as given you the link for the FibroAction website, and I hope that you find useful also, it is a wonderful source of knowledge and information.

Hi michelle, can I join the others in welcoming you to our wonderful site. We are very lucky to have a great group of volunteers and the site users are all very kind and are willing to share experiences and give support as and when needed.

Hi Michelle,I am new on here too joined about 2 weeks ago. Everyone if fantastic, made me feel welcome and it's nice not to feel alone with this horrible disease. I am still trying to accept my life will not be the same,but to be honest it hasn't been for a long time and in some way it's a relief to have a diagnosis,I felt like a crazy hypochondriac. Welcome indeed. It would be silly to repeat all that good stuff above. But yes it's a great site,. Non judgemental, always willing to listen and there's usually someone else awake whatever time you think of one

A tad loony too but then endorphins are very good home made medicine.

Hi michelle56, welcome to our caring, sharing, loving, laughter fibro club, as everyone has already said its a great site, you couldn't have picked a better one, all our volunteers are very helpful they are a bit zany but helpful and make u laugh which as they say takes you away from your troubles if only for a little while, seriously they re all a great bunch on here including our Emma ( Mdaisy) who also works behind the scene to make this site happen, you will get to know us all as you go along, look forward to reading your posts, take care sending you gentle hugs....Dee x
