It's awful when you need to do things and you feel like this but if we sit still we'll get worse so a little bit of light moving about is required so I've been doing little things for the hammies to get me on my feet. Though I suspect your day involved a lot more activity so make sure to do your PMR and have a cuppa Fluffies ready to surround you in comfort

OH is very good bless him I did feel that I'd ruined his day but he said we'll go out tomorrow instead, as in today!!

It's teeming it down

Urm....................... Pint involves going 5 - 10 minutes in one of 3 directions with the first one at the end of the street (cricket club) bit pricey. If we go right its also a bit pricey but the real ales are good, if we go left its cheaper but uphill but the real ales are exceptionally good. Ooh! choices but whichever we pick we're gonna get soaked Never mind! he'll come in and say no we're not going out in that!! so that will be that LOLOL
