I sincerely hope that you are as well as can be? Thank you so much for sharing this with us all. It was very interesting but I think I will have to have a really good long think about it. Not that I am being cynical about the two authors who compiled the report but about one simple food stuff being able to cure Fibro.

I sincerely hope that I am wrong as I really love coconut! Once again, thank you so much for sharing this.

Thanks and pleasure! As I mentioned, I've no idea at all if this is worth it but I'm getting some of the organic coconut oil this weekend and will be giving it a go. If nothing else, it will be a nice addition to my cooking (and even my skin) so here goes nothing and fingers crossed.

Many thanks for that. I would be really interested in updates on this please. If there is the slightest chance of something good coming out of this it has to be worth it.

Coconut always has a strong childhood memory for me of the lady that looked after my mum as a child (she was an orphan) and every xmas she made coconut cakes and they were delicious, her kitchen spelt like heaven! I have loved coconut ever since.
