Has anyone had success with Lidocaine infusions ?

I have been having these infusions three times a year for the last 5 years. For me they worked really well until about 6 months ago. They enabled me to work full time and eased the fibro symptoms by 70% or so. Then my mother died and the stress combined with fibro has made me much worse but I am persevering with them before considering discontinuing them.
