AT PAIN CLINIC THIS AFTERNOON

i hope they can help me with my pain as i feel sometimes like my arms are on fire at night an carnt sleep ,end up been awake till 5 in morning ,an bad siatica pain ,round my back an down my leg ,very painful ,had a root block 8 weeks ago as have a trapped nerve in my spine ,not good can harlly walk with it ,an fibro on top well wot can i say ,hope they can do something today,
