I phoned atos on wednesday and after a 28 week wait my claim is finally with DWP so i phoned them today and was told that i should get an answer within the next 2-4 weeks so fingers crossed i get the right decision but i wont hold my breath will let you know when the brown envelope arrives

Hugs Gilly, everything crossed for you and that 'the' brown envelope contains food news.

I was assessed by CAPITA 23 Dec., and got letter from DWP last wk saying they had received the claim. I was told approx., 30 days from when the receive it, I should hear.

Did they really take 28weeks to process ur claim that is disgusting I am at that stage at the moment but it's only been 10 weeks for me I can't believe they take that long and I thought the dwp where bad big hugs and lots of luck they hurry for u x

yes im sorry to say it did, i applied on the 10th july 2013 and atos finally sent it to dwp they recived it on the 13th jan 2014 and they say it will be 2-4 weeks for them to deal with my claim but that i can phone as much as i like and they will give me the dessision as soon as it has been made, i phoned yesterday and its in the last stages so might get an answer by the end of the week will put my result on here as soon as i get it
