Have you tried contacting them June is xa long time to wait why CCC are you not on any other benefits have you tried to get a crisis loan?

thanks for your reply..ye contacted them a number of times and get the same answer back everytime that my claims in the hands of capita..ive had enough now !!!

Good morning,if you are not getting any benefits then what are you living on?Have you tried contacting them to ask what the delay is?Also,if you visit your local CAB then they should be able to advise you as to everything you are entitled to benefit wise as there may be things that you are not aware of that you can claim.Good luck xxx

thanks for your reply..tried everything same old story everytime I phone the dwp they just give me excuses..will try the CAB thanks again for your reply and have a merry Christmas x

This is exactly what your MP gets paid for - use them! The only way they get true visibility of the problems is when people involve them. I find it really frustrating that so many people seem to think they shouldn't/ couldn't or there isn't any point. How are they supposed to 'work for us' if we don't give them the work to do?
