Im sorry you did'nt receive good news but please call them friday, i was turned down for mobility and got DLA but was later given top mobility, so rest and then call them

Oh Ros I am sorry, call them and ask for a copy of your medical assessment to see if there is anything on it that you disagree with . go through your letter with a fine tooth comb, is there any thing there that doesnt seem right . Think, is there any thing that you may have missed out, even something stupid like having to use an electric tin opener.

Then if you get no luck from the phone call go to the CAB and ask if they can help.

Good luck in whatever you decide to do, but dont forget if you want them to look at it again you only have 28 days, after that you have no choice but go to a tribunal.

it always worth looking at what they have said and very often they have missed things out that could of made a difference. I supplied consultants letters that they did not even mention and they could not use the excuse it was after the claim date!

I will do that Arthur even if I I have to pay to get doctor's notes one thing I noticed they put that I applied for pip on the 23 of September when I didn't I sent my pip off 28th October and they got it on the 31 October.much hugs my friend how's things with you??.Ros xoxox

A little tip if you go to a consultant ask to be cc'd in the letter to the doctor that will give you all the info the doc would have and it costs nothing

Hi again Ros, The 23rd of sept was probably the date that you phoned them to ask for a form.That is the date that they take it from and not the date that you send the form back, Hope this helps to clear things up.

Hi Vixen,

I am not exooperience enough, but I am sure if you have local fibrogroup leader there in your area plus a letter from your gp stated your condition, that normally will help you to support your claim when you attach it to your claim.

Dont give up, wait another 1 or 2 days and retry.

Is Pip disability? In the u.s. here I applied for disability 5 times then gave up, then fought once more and won! You can keep on keeping on my friend!!
