Oh yes, all the time. It is so irritating. Sometimes struggle to hold a book as well. Even get them in my arms if I am just sitting in the chair not holding anything! Gentle hugs.

Hi Cherokee

I get pins and needles in my fingers and hands. I started physio for golfers elbow, physio says I have problems with trapped nerves in shoulders and neck which is causing the elbow and the pins and needles. I find a heat pad on my shoulders helps.

Same here. I cannot hold anything for any length of time, I even drop my cutlery on the floor. I have a folding stand up case for my Kindle, and hands free phone which I can put on speaker phone and just talk at it. Neither were very expensive, but it does make quite a difference.

I also have a little telescopic stick with a magnet on the end for retrieving my cutlery etc.
