I done the same thing earlie today, turned slightly to talk to the dog and the muscles popped its blooming painful, hope u feel better soon gins, take better care of your self, like the photo ...Dee x

oooooooohhh! ow! hurting for you all... try putting a towel in the oven on low for a while, then lay it on sore/achy patches. Any size, depends what you have available, but larger ones hold heat a bit longer

Can work a treat for stomach cramps/ period type pains too. It's best put in a paper or cotton bag, or pillow case first.
