I annoy my entire family as laughing makes me cough. Every time. Don't know about crying, it's been a while since I did that.

Thanks to you all for your replies.

I am at the moment a prisoner to my water and bowel movements. If I need to wee I can't sometimes, and others if I get up to wee I do just that, where I am standing! I cannot stop myself this is all new to me! :-(

My bowel is horrendous this last week, and I am passing blood again!! :-(

Not a lot on the plus side sorry not very positive, but really being hammered of late! It is just one thing after another!

Very gentle hugs to you all x ((((((((((((((((((((((((((( <3 )))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

As advised by some of you I am about to change doctors. My old doctor talked down to me and actually called me a druggie because I am on tramadol and zomorph. She says they must stop. I am seeing another doctor tomorrow do you think she will give me the same what I am on because I am already starting to get withdrawal symptoms and awful pain just about everywhere. I am 70 and it's not nice being treated so badly.

Hi there,I've just read your blog and I had to reply as I've been through exactly the same thing myself. My old g.p accused me of being an addict, iam taking tramadol as well, and it was on two separate occasions.I was going to make an official complaint but didn't and I wish I had now.Ive also been told that I shouldn't be taking tramadol and should stop it.The withdrawal symptoms are aweful if you stop suddenly,I hope your new g.p was more sympathetic and you got prescribed your meds. Its aweful the way they treat us sometimes but don't let it get to x

I've just seen the new GP another lady doctor and she didn't actually talk down to me but says that any tablets with opiates in them are no good for my pain and has put me on Amitriptyline & gabapentin and is going to wean me off the others. I don't feel happy with her though, I'm pretty sure she doesn't believe in fybromyalgia, just by the things she said. I feel like I have taken 1 step forward and 2 steps back. I am so depressed I cannot see the point in getting out of bed and all I do is cry all the time. The guilt I feel for what I am doing to my children (who obviously are grown up now) is the worse thing. I just don't know where to turn to now x
