I have osteoporosis in lumbar sacral region, severe cervical spondylosis, fused L3-4, sciatica and fibromyalgia. I live with REAL pain on a daily basis but have accepted my plight. I am on OxyContin and Pregabalin. I have developed this pain which is making my life very difficult indeed. Being on my feet is now almost impossible because I get throbbing pain which makes me feel as though I have walked for miles and miles yet all I have done is get up go to the bathroom clean myself and brush teeth which is less than 10min as I cannot do more than that, I searched the internet and found the answer to be degenerative disc diseases. doctors have not confirmed this but sent me to the tissue viability clinic. How can I help myself. any ideas.

Hi Mamina,

Any chance you have plantar fasciitis? It's horribly painful on the feet. Might be worth checking with the doctor?

Unfortunately this is exactly what has made me have to finish work, I have hypersensitivity and always feel cold to the touch from the knees down. I take Tramadol and slow release Tramadol, also Cymbalta but that just takes the edge off. I have to use a wheelchair when going out
